BY-LAW NUMBER 31 C^
Being a by-law to authorize the execution
of an agreement dated February 26th, 1976
between the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Bramalea Consolidated
Developments Limited respecting certain
compliance with an agreement dated
April 27th, 1959 between the Corporation
of the Township of Pickering and Crusader
Development Corporation Limited.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute, on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering, an agreement dated February 26th, 1976 between
the Corporation and Bramalea Consolidated Developments
Limited, acknowledging the compliance of the latter with
the terms of an earlier agreement, dated April 27th,
1959 between the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
and Crusader Development Corporation Limited respecting
the provision of the construction of industrial space
relative to the development of Block Y, Plan M-16, Town
of Pickering.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED in open Council
