Being a by-law of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to appoint members to the
Committee for the management and control of
the Doctor N.F. Tomlinson Community Recreation
Centre for the year 1976.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Town of
Pickering:
1. THAT, pursuant to section 5 of The Community Recreation
Centres Act, 1974, S.O. 1974, Chapter 80, the following
named persons shall comprise the Committee for the
management and control of the Doctor N.F. Tomlinson
Community Recreation Centre for the year 1976:
George Ashe (Mayor)
Jack Anderson (Councillor)
Don Kitchen (Councillor)
Ken Matheson (Councillor)
Alex Robertson (Councillor)
Bruce Searle (Councillor)
Ken Spratley (Councillor)
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED in open
Council this hr day of 1976.
