BY-LAW NO. 3 ? ( 7?
Being a by-law to repeal By-law 4431/73
amending Restricted Area By-lavss2511 and 2520.
WHEREAS By-law 4431/73 was passed by the Council
of the Corporation of the TowrO f Pickering on
October 22nd, 1973, to implement the Official
Plan of the Township of Pickering in parts of
Lots 26, 27 and 28, Range III, Township of
Pickering by amending the provisions of By-laws
2511 and 2520;
AND WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to repeal
the provisions of By-law 4431/73;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering hereby enacts as follows;
1. By-law Number 4431/73 be and the same is hereby repealed.
