Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering toappoint
members to the Town of Pickering
Committee of Adjustment.
WHEREAS Section 41 (1) of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1970
provides for the constituting and appointing of a Committee
of Adjustment;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Town of Pickering that:
The following are hereby appointed as Members for the
periods indicated:
Mr. Gera]dAllman
Mr. George Milburn
Margaret Bishop
To January 1, 1977
To January 1, 1978
To January 1, 1979
The Members shall be paid $25.00 per diem, plus 18C per mile
necessarily travelled in this capacity.
This By-law shall become effective on date of passing.
By-law read a First, Second and Third time and PASSED this
