Being a By-law to amend By-law
Number 266/75 limiting the number
of automobile service stations and
public garages
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section A of part 1 of By-law 266/75 is hereby
repealed and the following substituted therefor:
A. The number of automobile service stations
which may be operated or used in the Town
of Pickering is limited to 33, being
those listed in Schedule 1 to Appendix "A"
attached hereto.
2. Section A of part 2 of By-law 266/75 is hereby
repealed and the following substituted therefor:
A. The number of public garages which may be
operated or used in the Town of Pickering
is limited to 30, being those listed in
Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached hereto.
3. Schedule 1 to Appendix "A" attached to the said
by-law is amended by adding thereto the following:
Thor Nicolaison and Jack 698 Kingston Road A
Banman, carrying on business
as International Trading and
Reconditioning Centre
4. Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached to the said
by-law is amended by adding thereto the following:
Thor Nicolaison and Jack 698 Kingston Road F
Banman, carrying on business
as International Trading and
Reconditioning Centre
