Being a By-law to amend By-law No. 266/75
limiting the number of automobile service
stations and public garages
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section A of part 2 of By-law 266/75 is hereby
repealed and the following substituted therefor:
A. The number of public garages which may be
operated or used in the Town of Pickering
is limited to 29, being those listed in
Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached hereto.
2. Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached to the said
By-law is amended by adding thereto the following:
Auto-Truck Rustproofing 973 Brock Road
(Pickering) Ltd.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
