BY-LAW NUMBER 912/78
Being a by-law to amend By-law 266/75
limiting the number of service stations
and public garages.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "A" of Part 2 of By-law Number 266/75
is hereby repealed and the following substituted
therefor:
A. The number of public garages which may be
operated or used in the Town of Pickering
is limited to 47 being those listed in
Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached hereto.
2. Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached to By-law
266/75 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:
Allen Kirk 910 Dillingham Rd., F" & "G"
Restorations Ltd. Unit #2
and by adding thereto the following:
Carl Haubold, 910 Dillingham Rd., .D" & "F"
carrying on Unit #2
business as
Carl's Garage
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally
passed this 30th day of October, 1978.
