BY-LAW NUMBER 884/78
Being a By-law to amend By-law 851/78
providing for the regulating of parking,
standing and stopping on highways or
parts of highways under the iurlsdi_ction
of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and on private and Municipal property.
WHEREAS, By-law 851/78, as amended by By-law 877/78, provides
for regulating of parking, standing- and stopping on highways
or parts of highways under the jurisdiction of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering and on private and Municipal- property;
AND WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to amend that By-law;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE. TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "B" to Bv_-law 851/78, as added thereto
by By-law 877/78, -Is hereby repealed and the
Schedule attached hereto as Schedule I to thisR_v-law
is substituted therefor.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 11th day of September , 1978.
