THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW 843/78
Being a Restricted Area By-law to amend
Restricted Area By-law 3036, as amended
by By-law 4402/73, and to implement the
Official Plan of the Regional Municipality
of Durham Planning Area on Block L,
Plan M-1038, in the Town of Pickering.
WHEREAS on the 3rd day of July 1973, the Council of the Corp-
oration of the Township (now Town) of Pickering passed
By-law 4402/73 which placed the subject lands in an ES-
Elementary School zone;
AND WHEREAS the subject lands have not been required for
an Elementary School Site under the terms of the Registered
Subdivision Agreement pertaining to Registered Plan M-1038;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to permit the development
of semi-detached and single attached dwellings on the subject
lands;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 4402/73 is hereby revoked
and the Schedule attached hereto as Schedule "A"
substituted therefor.
2. No part of this By-law shall come into force with-
out the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board
but, subject to such approval, this By-law shall
take effect from the day of passing hereof.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally
passed this 19th day of June 1978.

HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "A" to By-law 4402/73 is hereby revoked and
the Schedule attached hereto as Schedule A substituted
therefor.
2. No part of this By-law shall come into force without
the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board but,
subject to such approval, this By-law shall take
effect from the day of passing hereof.
