BY-LAW NO. 1420/81
Being a By-Law to dedicate Block 66, Plan
M-1223, Pickering, as public highway
(New Street)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee
simple of certain lands known as Block 66, Plan M-1223, Pickering;
and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached
hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this By-Law,
are hereby dedicated as public highway. (Block 66, Plan M-1223,
Pickering; New Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
18th day of January, 1982.

TO BY-LAW 1420 /82
ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises
situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional
Municipality of Durham and being composed of the whole of Block 66
according to a plan filed in the Land Registry Office for the Land
Titles Division of Durham (No. 40) as Number M-1223.
