BY-LAW NO. 1409/81
Being a By-Law to exempt certain parts of
Plan 40M-1231 from part lot control
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 29(10) of the
Planning Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 379, the council of a
municipality may by By-Law provide that section 29(5) of the
paid Act does not apply to lands within a plan of subdivision
as designated in the By-Law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 29(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 379,
does not apply to the lands described as follows:
Registered Plan 40M-1231 - Blocks 7, 8, 9, 10, 12,
13, 14 and 15.
2. This By-Law shall not come into effect until approved by
the Regional Municipality of Durham.

7th day of December, 1981.
