BY-LAW NO. 1389/81
Being a By-Law to dedicate Part Lot 8,
Plan 509, Pickering (Parts 1, 5 and 6,
Plan 40R-6623) as public highway
(Valley Farm Road)
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee
simple of that part of Lot 8, Plan 509, Pickering, designated as
Parts 1, 5 and 6 on Plan 40R-6623; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached
hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this By-Law, are
hereby dedicated as public highway (Part Lot 8, Plan 509, Pick-
ering - Parts 1, 5 and 6, Plan 40R-6623; Valley Farm Road).
READ a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day
of November , 1981.

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises sit-
uate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional Munici-
pality of Durham and Province of Ontario, and being composed of that
part of Lot 8, according to a Plan of Subdivision registered in the
Registry Office for the Registry Division of Durham (No. 40) as Plan
509, designated as Parts 1, 5 and 6 on a plan of survey of reference
deposited in the said office as Plan No. 40R-6623.
