BY-LAW NO. 1355 /81
Being a By-Law to authorize the execution
of a Release by the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering of Nick Rohwer Con-
struction Limited from a Demolition
Agreement respecting Lots 35 and 36
and Part Lot 37, Plan 283, Pickering
(Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-3532)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Nick
Rohwer Construction Limited entered into an Agreement dated
August 8th, 1977 and registered August 22nd, 1977 as Instru-
ment No. D53548; and
WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to release Nick Rohwer
Construction Limited from the provisions of the said Agree-
ment;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
a Release, in the form attached hereto as Schedule
"A", between Nick Rohwer Construction Limited and
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering respecting
Lots 35 and 36 and Part Lot 37, Plan 283, Pickering,
designated as Parts 1 and 2 on Plan 40R-3532.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 8th. day of September, 1981.

In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to
it, receipt of which is hereby by it acknowledged,
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereby releases and forever discharges
NICK ROHWER CONSTRUCTION LIMITED
its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns
of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions or causes
of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as
a result of or in any way related to an Agreement dated
August 8th, 1977 and registered as Instrument No. D53548
between
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
and
NICK ROHWER CONSTRUCTION LIMITED
concerning the lands more particularly described in Schedule
"A" attached hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
has hereunto affixed its corporate seal attested by its
properly authorized officers this 21st day of September,
1981.

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering,
in the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province of
Ontario, and being composed of the whole of Lots 35 and 36,
and part of Lot 37, all as shown on Plan No. 283 registered
in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of Durham
as shown on Parts 1 and 2 on a Plan of Survey of record
registered in the said office as Plan No. 40R-3532,
AS DESCRIBED in Instrument No. D53547.
