BY-LAW NO. 1322/81
Being a By-Law to authorize the execution
of a Release by the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering of Sidney Klein from
a Demolition Agreement respecting Part
Lot 30, Range 3, B.F.C., Pickering
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Sidney
Klein entered into an Agreement dated October 15th, 1979
and registered October 22nd, 1979 as Instrument No. D99264;
and
WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to release Sidney Klein
from the provisions of the said Agreement
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a
Release, in the form attached hereto as Schedule "A",
between Sidney Klein and the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering respecting Part Lot 30, Range 3, B.F.C.,
Pickering.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 6th day of July, 1981.

R E L E A S E
In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to
it, receipt of which is hereby by it acknowledged,
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereby releases and forever discharges
SIDNEY KLEIN
his heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns
of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions or causes
of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as
a result of or in any way related to an Agreement dated
October 15th, 1979 and registered as Instrument No. D99264
between

and
SIDNEY KLEIN
concerning the lands more particularly described in Schedule
"A" attached hereto.
IN WITNESS,WHEREOF the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
has hereunto affixed its corporate seal attested by its
properly authorized officers this 6th day of July, 1981.

SCHEDULE " A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering,
in the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province of
Ontario (formerly of the Township of Pickering in the
County of Ontario) and being composed of Part of Lot 30,
Range 3, Broken Front Concession, which lands and premises
are more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point in the southerly limit of the King-
ston Road as widened at the intersection of the easterly
limit of a road allowance between Lots 30 and 31;
THENCE SOUTHERLY along the easterly limit of the said road
allowance between Lots 30 and 31 a distance of thirty-four
hundred and thirty feet nine inches (3,430'9") which is
the point of commencement.
THENCE EASTERLY in a line drawn parallel to the northerly
limit of a road allowance between Ranges 2 and 3 to a
point distant thirty-eight hundred and thirty-five feet
(3,835') measured southerly from the southerly limit of
the said Kingston Road as widened;
THENCE SOUTHERLY along the existing easterly limit of the
west half of said Lot 30 a distance of four hundred and
twenty-nine feet (429') more or less to an iron bar planted;
THENCE WESTERLY along a fence line approximately parallel
to the northerly limit of the said road allowance between
Ranges 2 and 3 a distance of six hundred and fifty-nine
feet two inches (659'2") to a point in the easterly limit
of the road allowance between Lots 30 and 31;
THENCE NORTHERLY along the said last mentioned limit a
distance of four hundred and twenty-nine feet (429') more
or less to the place of beginning.
