BY-LAW NO. 1319 /81
Being a By-Law to authorize the execution of
a Release and Discharge of the Subdivision
Agreement dated October 18th, 1976 between
Jovial Investments Limited and E-Sol Develop-
ment Limited and the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering respecting the subdivision and
development of the lands comprising Plan
M-1105.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Jovial
Investments Limited and E-Sol Development Limited entered
into a Subdivision Agreement on October 18th, 1976 respect-
ing the subdivision and development of the lands comprising
Registered Plan of Subdivision M-1105, Pickering; and
WHEREAS Jovial Investments Limited and E-Sol Development
Limited have complied with all of their obligations and
covenants pursuant to the said Agreement, to the satisfac-
tion of the Town;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
a Release and Discharge, in the form attached hereto
as Schedule "A" of the Subdivision Agreement dated
October 18th, 1976 between Jovial Investments Limited
and E-Sol Development Limited and the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering, respecting the subdivision and
development of the lands comprising Plan of Subdivi-
sion M-1105.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 6th day of July, 1981.

SCHEDULE "A"
RELEASE AND DISCHARGE
WHEREAS, by Agreement dated October 18th, 1976, Notice of
which was registered on May 30th, 1977 in the Land Titles
Office for the Registry Division of Durham as Instrument
No. LTD44603, between,
JOVIAL INVESTMENTS LIMITED
and
E-SOL DEVELOPMENT LIMITED
hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Owner"
- and -
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereinafter referred to as the "Town"
the Owner made certain covenants and agreements with the Town
relating to the subdivision and development of certain lands
described in Schedule "A" hereto; and
WHEREAS, the Owner has complied with all of its obligations
and covenants pursuant to the said Agreement to the satisfac-
tion of the Town;
NOW THEREFORE, this Release and Discharge witnesseth that the
Town hereby certifies that the owner has complied with all of
its obligations and covenants of every kind arising from the
terms and Provisions of the said Agreement, and

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering,
in the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province of
Ontario and being composed of all of Lots 1-12, both inclu-
sive, and Blocks A and B, all according to a Plan registered
in the Land Titles Office for the Registry Division of Durham
as Plan M-1105.
