BY-LAW NO. 1318 /81
Being a By-Law to provide for the assumption
by the Town of services in Plan M-1105.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of a Subdivision Agreement
dated October 18th, 1976, Notice of which was registered May
30th, 1977 as Instrument No. LTD44603, between Jovial Invest-
ments Limited and E-Sol Development Limited and the Corpora-
tion of the Town of Pickering, Jovial Investments Limited and
E-Sol Development Limited have completed the required services
in Subdivision Plan M-1105 to the satisfaction of the Corpor-
ation of the Town of Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed desirable for the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to accept such services and assume the same
for maintenance;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The municipal services, required by the terms of the
Subdivision Agreement, dated October 18th, 1976 and reg-
istered May 30th, 1977 as Instrument No. LTD44603 between
Jovial Investments Limited and E-Sol Development Limited
and the Corporation of the Town of Pickering, respecting
Plan M-1105, are hereby accepted by the Town and assumed
by it for maintenance.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 6th day of July, 1981.
