WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner
in fee simple of that part of Lots 1, 2 and 37, Plan 283, des-
ignated as Part 1, Plan 40R-2519), having acquired such lands
from the abutting owner to provide for the possible future
widening of Rosebank Road; and
WHEREAS it has been determined that it will not be necessary
to widen the existing Rosebank Road road allowance beyond its
present boundaries;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a
Deed in the form attached hereto as Schedule "A" between
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Leslie
Chelsea Puddister respecting the conveyance to Leslie
Chelsea Puddister of that part of Lots 1, 2 and 37,
Plan 283, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-2519).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 6th day of July, 1981.

of Durham as No. 283 and designated as Part 1 on a Plan of
Survey received and deposited in the said office as Plan
No. 40R-2519.
