THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
BY-LAW NUMBER 1243/81
Being a by-law to amend By-law 506/76 to
provide for the erection of "Stop" signs
at certain intersections within the Town
of Pickering.
WHEREAS By-law 506/76 provides for the erection of "Stop"
signs at certain intersections within the Town of Pickering;
and
WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to amend that By-law to
provide for a stop sign at the easterly leg of Sideline Road
6, Concession 7 and the westerly leg of Sideline Road 6,
Concession 7 facing traffic northbound on the easterly leg
of Sideline Road 6, Concession 7;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "I" to By-law 506/76 is hereby repealed and
the Schedule attached hereto as Schedule "A" to this
By-law is substituted therefor.
2. This By-law shall come into force on the day that it
is approved by the Council of the Regional Municipality
of Durham and when signs to the effect are erected.

16th day of February, 1981.
