BY-LAW NO. 1234/81
Being a By-Law to
of Transfers from
Town of Pickering
M-1, Plan M-1059,
7 and 8, Plan 40R
LD 225-26/80)
authorize the execution
the Corporation of the
respecting Part Block
designated as Parts 6,
-6143 (LD 219-20/80 and
WHEREAS, by Decision dated June 30th, 1980, the Regional
Municipality of Durham Land Division Committee approved the
above severances subject to several conditions, one of which
requires that satisfactory arrangements be made for the lift-
ing of the 0.3m reserve on the frontage of Parkside Drive;
and
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is
the owner in fee simple of that part of Block M-1, Plan
M-1059, designated as Parts 6, 7 and 8 on Plan 40R-6143;
and
WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to convey those lands
to the abutting owners;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
a Transfer, in the form attached hereto as Schedule
"A", from the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
to Chrand Construction Inc. of Part Block M-1, Plan
M-1059, designated as Parts 6 and 8, Plan 40R-6143
(LD 219-20/80).
2. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
a Transfer, in the form attached hereto as Schedule
"B", from the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
to Bernard Harold Strong of Part Block M-1, Plan
M-1059, designated as Part 7, Plan 40R-6143
(LD 225-26/80).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 16th day of February , 1981.
