BY-LAW NO. 1232/81
Being a By-Law to dedicate Part Lot 31,
Concession 4, Pickering (Part 1, Plan
40R-5990) as a public highway
(Concession 5 Highway)
WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the
owner in fee simple of certain lands known as Part Lot
31, Concession 4, Pickering, designated as Part 1 on Plan
40R-5990; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as
a public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A"
attached hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part
of this By-Law, are hereby dedicated as a public high-
way (Part Lot 31, Concession 4, Pickering) (Part 1,
Plan 40R-5990).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 2nd day of February , 1981.

SCHEDULE "A"
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering
in the Regional Municipality of Durham and Province of
Ontario and being composed of that portion of Lot 31,
Concession 4, designated as Part 1 on a plan of survey
deposited in the Land Registry office for the Registry Divi-
sion of Durham at Whitby as Plan 40R-5990.
