BY-LAW NO. 1515/82
Being a By-Law to dedicate part of Block
H, Plan M-1024 (Parts 1 & 2, Plan 40R-4364),
Pickering as public highway (Glenanna
Avenue)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is %he owner in fee
simple of Block H, Plan M-1024, Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate a portion of that Block as
public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The lands more particularly described as follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land
and premises, situate, lying and being in the Town of
Picketing, in the Regional Municipality of Durham and
Province of Ontario and being composed of those parts
of Block H, according to a plan of subdivision regis-
tered in the Land Titles Office for the Registry Divi-
sion of Durham (No. 40) as Plan M-1024, designated as
Parts 1 and 2 on a plan of survey of reference deposi-
ted in the said Office as Plan Number 40R-4364
are hereby dedicated as public highway (Glenanna Avenue).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
21st day of June , 1982.
