BY-LAW NO. 1489/82
Being a By-Law to authorize the execution
of a Transfer of Block 76, Plan M-1215,
Pickering, from the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to Vinjohn Developments
Limited carrying on business as Maple
Ridge Shopping Centre (Bushmill Street)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee
simple of certain lands known as Block 76, Plan M-1215, Pickering,
being a reserve along the south side of Bushmill Street; and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to transfer that reserve to the abutting
owner of Block 1, Plan 40M-1236, being Vinjohn Developments Limited,
carrying on business as Maple Ridge Shopping Centre;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer, in
the form attached hereto as Schedule "~', between the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering and vinjohn Developments Limited, carrying on
business as Maple Ridge Shopping Centre, respecting the conveyance
of the reserve known as Block 76, Plan M-1215, Pickering (Bushmill
Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
Seventeenth day of May , 1982.
