BY-LAW NO. 1485/82
Being a By-Law to authorize the execution
of a Pipe Crossing Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Canadian National Railway Company respecting
the construction and enlargement of a storm
water pipe crossing (Krosno Watercourse -
Mile 312.67)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Regional Municipality of
Durham Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 434, the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering has jurisdiction over storm water drainage systems within
the Town of Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to provide for the construction and
enlargement of a storm water pipe crossing under the Canadian National
Railway Company right-of-way at Mile 312.67 (Krosno Watercourse);
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Pipe Cros-
sing Agreement, in the form attached hereto as Schedule "A",
between the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Canadian
National Railway Company respecting the construction and enlarge-
ment of a storm water pipe crossing (Krosno Watercourse - Mile
312.67).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
Third day of May , 1982.

OF INTENTION TO' TERMINATE.
7. The Licensee will be required to provide proof of insurance for a
mininum of $1,5OO,OOO.OO for each ocaurrence, naming the Canadian National
Railway Company as co-insured under a cross-liability clause.
