BY-LAW NO. 1464/82
Being a By-Law to exempt certain parts of
Plan M-1221 from part lot control
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 29(10) of the Planning
Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 379, the council of a municipality may by
by-law provide that section 29(5) does not apply to lands within a
plan of subdivision as designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFOP~, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 29(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 379, does
not apply to the lands described as follows:
Registered Plan M-1221 - Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8
This By-Law shall not come into effect until approved by the
Regional Municipality of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
29th day of March, 1982.
APPROVED pursuant to section 29(I0)
of the PLANNING ACT R.S.0. 1980.
