BY-LAW NO. 1440/82
Being a By-Law to dedicate Blocks 28, 29,
30 and 31, Plan M-1220, Pickering, as
public highway (Stonepath Circle - 28, 29;
Aspen Road - 30, 31)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee
simple of certain lands known as Blocks 28, 29, 30 and 31, Plan
M-1220, Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picker-
ing HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached
hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this By-Law,
are hereby dedicated as public highway. (Blocks 28 and 29,
Plan M-1220, Pickering; Stonepath Circle).
The lands more particularly described in Schedule "B" attached
hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this By-Law,
are hereby dedicated as public highway. (Blocks 30 and 31,
Plan M-1220, Pickering; Aspen Road).
BY-LAW read a
15th day of February,
first, second and third time and finally passed this

TO BY-LA~ 1440/82
ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises
situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional
Municipality of Durham and Province of Ontario and being composed of
the whole of Blocks 28 and 29 according to a plan filed in the Land
Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40) as
Number M-1220.
