BY-LAW NO. 1438/82
Being a By-Law to dedicate Block 40,
M-1206, Pickering, as public highway
(Woodruff Crescent)
Plan
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in
fee simple of certain lands known as Block 40, Plan M-t206,
Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pick-
ering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached
hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this By-Law,
are hereby dedicated as public highway (Block 40, Plan M-1206,
Pickering; Woodruff Crescent).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this
15th day of February, 1982.

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises
situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional
Municipality of Durham and Province of Ontario and being composed
of the whole of Block 40 according to a plan
Registry Office for the Land Titles Division
as Number M-1206.
