Being a By-Law to dedicate Blocks T-i, U-1
and Y, Plan M-1058, Pickering, as public
highway
(New Street; Una Road; Cricket Lane)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee
simple of certain lands known as Blocks T-l, U-1 and Y, Plan M-1058,
Pickering; and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public
highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached
hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this By-Law, are
hereby dedicated as public highway. (Block T-l, Plan M-1058,
Pickering; New Street).
The lands more particularly described in Schedule "B" attached
hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this By-Law, are
hereby dedicated as public highway. (Block U-l, Plan M-1058,
Pickering; Una Road).
The lands more particularly described in Schedule "C" attached
hereto, which Schedule is hereby made a part of this By-Law, are
hereby dedicated as public highway. (Block Y, Plan M-1058,
Pickering; Cricket Lane).

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises
situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional
Municipality of Durham and Province of Ontario and being composed
of the whole of Block T-1 according to a plan filed in the Land
Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40) as
Number M-1058.
