BY-LAW NUMBER 1422/82
Being a by-law to appoint By-law Enforce-
ment Officers to enforce the provisions
of By-law 851/78, as amended, at Durham
Condominium Corporation #19.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of subsection 39 of section
210 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 302, the council
of a local municipality may pass a by-law authorizing appointed
officers to enter at all reasonable times upon any property in
order to ascertain whether the provisions of a by-law are obeyed,
and to enforce or carry into effect the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Picketing HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
The following persons are hereby appointed as By-law
Enforcement Officers in and for the Town of Pickering
and are hereby authorized to enter at all reasonable
times upon the lands known as Durham Condominium
Corporation #19 in order to ascertain whether the
provisions of By-law 851/78, as amended, are obeyed
and to enforce or carry into effect the said by-law:
Mr. Ron Sukunanan
Mr. Blnavis Cornell
Mr. Barry Forbes
The authority granted in Section 1 hereto is speci-
fically limited to that set out in Section 1 and
shall not be deemed, at any time, to exceed the
authority set out in Section 1.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED
this 18th day of January, 1982.
