BY-LAW NO.1732/83
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a
Deed conveying closed portions of Glenanna Road
and Sheridan Mall Parkway to abutting owners
(Part Lots 21 & 22, Concession 1, Picketing (Part
l, Plan 40R-6953)
WHEREAS, on July 4th, 1983, pursuant to the provisions of subsection 298(1) of the
Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 302, the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Picketing enacted By-Law 1686/83, stopping-up certain portions of Glenanna Road
and Sheridan Mall Parkway and authorizing the offering of them for sale to abutting
property owners; and
WHEREAS By-Law 1686/83 was registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry
Division of DUrham on as Instrument No. ;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Deed, in the form
attached hereto as Schedule "A" for the conveyance by the Town of Part Lots
21 and 22, Concession 1, Picketing, being Part 1, Plan 40R-6953, to abutting
owners or their designates. (Glenanna Road and Sheridan Mall Parkway)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of
September, 1983.
