BY-LAW NO. 1692 /83
Being a by-law to dedicate Block X, Plan M-1058
and part of Lot 33, Plan 1041 (Parts 1 and 7,
Plan 40R-5189), Picketing as public highway
(Stroud's Lane)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the registered owner of Block
X, Plan M-1058 and part of Lot 33, Plan 1041 (Parts 1 and 7, Plan 40R-5189), Picker-
ing; and
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to dedicate those lands as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The lands more particularly described in Schedules "A" and "B" attached here-
to, which Schedules are hereby made a part of this by-law, are hereby dedica-
ted as public highway (Block X, Plan M-1058; part Lot 33, Plan 1041 (Parts 1
and 7, Plan 40R-5189), Picketing; Stroud's Lane).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 27th day of June,
1983.

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying
and being in the Town of Picketing, in the Regional Municipality of Durham and
Province of Ontario and being composed of the whole of Block X according to a plan
filed in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40) as
No. M-1058,
BEING part of Parcel
, Picketing.

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying
and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional Municipality of Durham and
Province of Ontario and being composed of those parts of Lot 33, Plan 1041, Picker-

Dear Sir:
Please be advised that Cimas Construction Ltd. (Mario Dionisi)
and Bramalea Limited have come to amutually satisfactory agree-
ment on the cost sharing of the three proposed lots mentioned
above.
We therefore have no objection to the municipality removing the
1' reserve across the frontage.
By copy to Ray Hutchinson, I would like to advise that Mr.
Dionisi has agreed to work together with Bramalea in finding
an appropriate method to jointly service his most easterly
lot and Bramalea's remaining four lots on the south side.
