BY-LAW NUMBER 1636/83
Being a by-law to amend By-law 506/76 to
provide for the erection of "Stop" signs
at certain intersections within the Town
of Pickering.
WHEREAS By-law 506/76 provides for the erection of "Stop"
signs at certain intersections within the Town of Pickering;
and
WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to amend that By-law to
provide for a stop to all Hampton Court traffic turning
into Eyer Drive;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEP~BY ENACTS as follows:
Schedule "I" to By-law 506/76 is hereby
repealed and the Schedule attached hereto
as Schedule "A" to this by-law is substi-
tuted therefor.
This By-law shall come into force on the
day that it is approved by the Council of
the Regional Municipality of Durham and
when signs to the effect are erected.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and PASSED this
21st day of March, 1983.
