HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 1622/83THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 1622/83 Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Transfer from the Corporation of the Town of Pickering to Chrand Construction Incorporated respecting Part Block Q, Plan M-1058, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-7308 (LD 114/82) WHEREAS, by decision dated May 3rd, 1982, the Regional Municipality of Durham Land Division Committee approved an application for severance of Lot 39, Plan lO41, sub- ject to several conditions, one of which requires that satisfactory arrangements be made for the lifting of the reserve on the Eastbank Road frontage; and WHEREAS, the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee simple of that part of Block Q, Plan M-1058, designated as Part 3 on Plan 40R-7308; and WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to convey the lands to the abutting owner; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer, in the form attached hereto as Schedule "A", from the Corporation of the Town of Pickering to Chrand Construction Incorporated of Part Block Q, Plan M-1058, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-7308 (LD 114/82).
