BY-LAW NO. 1882~84
Being a by-law to dedicate parts of Blocks 1 and
2, Plan 40M-1231, and parts of Lots 21 and 22,
Concession 1, Pickering, as public highway
(Glenanna Road; Sheridan Mall Parkway; The
Esplanade South)
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of portions of Blocks
] and 2, Plan 40M-1231, and parts of Lots 21 and 22, Concession l, Pickering, which
it desires to dedicate as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Those portions of Blocks 1 and 2, Plan 40M-1231 and parts of Lots 21 and 22,
Concession 1, Pickering, more particularly described in Schedules A and B
hereto are hereby dedicated as public highway (Glenanna Road/Sheridan Mall
Parkway/The Esplanade South).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of July,
1984.

ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of lands and premises situate,
lying and being in the Town of Picketing, in the Regional Municipality of Durham
(formerly in the Township of Picketing in the County of Ontario) and Province of
Ontario and being composed of,
FIRSTLY, those parts of Lot 21, Concession 1, designated as Parts 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,
9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, Plan 40R-7765;
SECONDLY, that part of Lot 22, Concession 1, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-7765;
and
THIRDLY, that part of Lot 22, Concession 1, designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-7945.

lying and being in the Town of Pickering, in the Regional Municipality of Durham
(formerly in the Township of Pickering in the County of Ontario) and Province of
Ontario and being composed of,

Plan 40R-7764;
SECONDLY, those parts of Lot 21, Concession 1, designated as Parts 22, 25, 29, 33,
34, 35 and 36, Plan 40R-7765; and
THIRDLY, those parts of Lot 22, Concession 1, designated as Parts 37, 38, 39, 40,
41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 54 and 55, Plan 40R-7765.
