BY-LAW NO. 1877 /84
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 1-3, Plan
40M-1272, Pickering, from part lot control.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983,
S.O. 1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that
section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision
designated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Registered Plan 40M-1272, Pickering
This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
ity of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of July,
1984.
