HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 1812/84THE CORPORATION OF TltE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 1812 /84 Being a by-law exempt Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 14 and 15, Plan 40M-1282, from part lot control WHEREAS, prusuant to the provisions of Section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Piekering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply to the lands described as follows: Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 14 and 15, Plan 40M-1282, Pickering. BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of April, 1984.
