CONCESSION 5 Lost See Recommendation #1 1. John Murphy, 3080 Concession 5, advised that all the concerns stated during their previous deputation to Council have not been addressed. In the memo from the Division Head, Municipal Property & Engineering a concern is noted with respect to possible access of contaminants into the water table. He has a pond located on his property and occasionally dead fish appear on the surface which gives him grave concerns. The new building which has been erected was to be a one storey but is two, a second structure was built with chimney stacks which residents were not aware of, the metal fencing is collapsing, water quality is of concern and an updated environmental study is required. She questioned what follow-up will be in place to ensure that the owner complies with the requirements. 3.
