Mostert reviewed the purpose of the Special Meeting of the Waterfront Visionary Advisory Committee. - 3 - 2 Draft Waterfront Visionary Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes April 15, 2026 3. New Business 5.1 Waterfront Visionary Advisory Committee Annual Report to Council Moved By S. Stanleigh That the Waterfront Visionary Advisory Committee endorse the 2025 Year End Report and 2026 Proposed Work Plan, subject to minor administrative changes. Carried 6. Other Business • G. MacPherson noted that the federal government had announced a program specific to conservation, natural area improvement and environmental restoration projects and questioned whether Pickering's Storm Water Management Plan and work at Frenchman's Bay would meet the program's eligibility criteria. G. MacPherson to provide information regarding the federal program to A. Mostert for review. 7. Next Meeting - June 29, 2026 8. Adjournment Moved By A. Zeeb That the meeting be adjourned.
