BY-LAW NO. 2410 /87
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of
Transfers of lands in Lot 18, Concession 1,
Pickering, from the Town to Armcorp 4-12 Ltd.,
Tocana Developments (Canada) Inc., 566626
Ontario Inc. and 610823 Ontario Limited
respecting the realignment of Pickering Parkway
east of Brock Road (Parts 6 - 19, 40R-9576).
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the Owner of those parts of
Lot 18, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Parts 6 - 19, Plan 40R-9576, which
are no longer required for its purposes; and
WHEREAS pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter 302, section 193, the
Council of a municipal corporation may pass a by-law to dispose of land when it is no
longer required;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer in the
form attached hereto as Schedule A, between The Corporation of the
Town of Pickering and Armcorp 4-12 Ltd. and Tocana Developments
(Canada) Inc. of that part of Lot 18, Concession 1, Picketing, designated
as Parts 6 - 12, inclusive, Plan 40R-9576.
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer in the
form attached hereto as Schedule B, between The Corporation of the
Town of Picketing and Armcorp 4-12 Ltd. and Tocana Developments
(Canada) Inc. of that part of Lot 18, Concession 1, Pickering, designated
as Part 13, Plan 40R-9576.
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer in the
form attached hereto as Schedule C, between The Corporation of the
Town of Picketing and 566626 Ontario Inc. and 610823 Ontario Limited of
that part of Lot 18, Concession 1, Picketing, designated as Parts 14
19, inclusive, Plan 40R-9576.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third lime and finally passed this 2nd day of
March, 1987.
