BY-LAW NO. 2088 /85
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a
transfer between The Corporation of the Town of
Picketing and The Regional Municipality of
Durham of that part of Block Z, Plan M-16,
Picketing, designated as Part ], Plan 40R-8910.
(Bayly Street reconstructlon)
WHEREAS, The Corporation of the the Town of Pickering, as successor to The Corpo-
ration of the Township of Picketing, is the owner of that part of Block Z, Plan M-16,
Pfckerlng, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-8910, which it no longer requires for its
purposes, but which The Regional Municipality of Durham requires for the widening
of Bayly Street for maintenance of the culvert and drainage ditches following road
reconstruction;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a transfer in the form
attached hereto as Schedule A, between The Corporation of the Town
Pickering and The Regional Municipality of Durham, respecting the conveyance
of that part of Block Z, Plan M-16, Picketing, designated as Part i, Plan
40R-8910 (Bayly Street reconstruction).
BY-LAIq read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 7th day of
October ,1985.
