Being a by-law to repeal By-law 1993/85
Whereas pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 1 of section 377 of the Municipal Act,
R.S.O. 1970, c.284, the Town of Pickering enacted By-law 1993/85 on March 18, 1985
establishing the rates and fares to be charged by the owners or drivers of such
vehicles;
Now therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
By-law 1993/85 is repealed effective March 18, 1985.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 25th day of March,
1985.
