By-law No. 8094/24
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 47 to 53, 57 to 62, 74, 85 to 87,
98 to 102, 107 to 114, 121 to 127, 130 to 140, 174, 175, 178 to
182, 185, 187, 224 to 227 and Blocks 288 to 321, Plan 40M-2758, from the part lot control provisions of the Planning Act
Whereas pursuant to the provisions of section 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, as amended, the Council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section 50(5) of
the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as follows:
1.Section 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, as amended shall ceaseto apply to Lots 47 to 53, 57 to 62, 74, 85 to 87, 98 to 102, 107 to 114, 121 to 127, 130to 140, 174, 175, 178 to 182, 185, 187, 224 to 227 and Blocks 288 to 321, Plan 40M-
2758.
2.This by-law shall remain in force and effect for a period of two years from the date of thepassing of this by-law and shall expire on March 25, 2026.
