BY-LAW NO. 2248/86
Being a by-law to repeal By-law 1924/84, au-
thorizing the execution of the Subdivision Agree-
ment for Draft Plan of Subdivision 18T-76070.
WHEREAS, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing has, by
Resolution dated June 16, 1956 declared the Subdivision Agreement dated November
19, 1984 between Pandora Developments Inc. and the Corporation of the Town of
Picketing to be null and void;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 1924/84 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of June,
1986.
