BY-LAW NO. 2170/86
Being a by-law to repeal By-law 1833/84, au-
thorizing the execution of the Subdivision Agree-
ment for Draft Plan of Subdivision 18T-83005,
WHEREAS, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing has, by
Resolution dated March 17, 1986 declared the Subdivision Agreement dated May 7,
1984, between J.F. Coughlan Construction Co. Limited and Alastair MacKay Realty
Inc. and the Corporation of the Town of Pickering to be null and void;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 1833/84 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this ]7th day of
March, 1986,
