BY-LAW NO.3446 /90
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a
Release and Discharge of the Subdivision Agree-
ment respecting Plan M-1176, Picketing.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, c.1, s.50, or a predeces-
sor thereof, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Runnymede Development
Corporation Limited entered into an Agreement dated Ju]y 3, 1979, Notice of which
was registered on August 29, 1979 as Instrument No. LT96790, respecting the subdi-
vision and development of Plan M-1176, Pickering;
WHEREAS the terms and conditions of that Agreement have been complied with to the
satisfaction of the Town;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release and Dis-
charge, in the form attached hereto as Schedule A, of the Agreement dated
July 3, 1979, Notice of which was registered August 29, 1979 as Instrument No.
LT96790, between Runnymede Development Corporation Limited and The Corpo-
ration of the Town of Pickering, respecting the subdivision and development of
Plan M-1176, Pickering.
2. Schedule A hereto forms part of this By-law.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of April,
1990.

RELEASE AND DISCHARGE
WItEREAS the Agreement dated July 3, 1979, Notice of which was registered August
29, 1979, in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40)
as Instrument No. LT96790, between,
RUNNYMEDE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LIMITED
hereinafter referred to as the "Company"
- and -
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereinafter referred to as the "Town",
provided for the subdivision and development of lands affected hereby; and
WHEREAS the terms and conditions of that Agreement have been complied with to the
satisfaction of the Town with respect to the lands affected hereby;
THE TOWN HEREBY remises, releases and forever discharges the Company, its suc-
cessor and assigns, from any and all liabilities, actions, causes of action, debts,
claims or demands of any kind whatsoever which the Company may have been, is, or
may become subject to pursuant to the provisions of the Agreement.
THIS RELEASE AND DISCHARGE affects the lands described as:
Blocks 1 to 7, inclusive, and Pinecreek Court on Plan M-1176, Town of Pickering,
Regional Municipality of Durham.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Town has hereunto affixed its corporate seal, attested to
by its properly authorized officers.
