HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 3798/91THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NO. 3798/91 Being a by-law to exempt Lot 1, Plan 40M-1538, Pickering, from part lot control. WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section 49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision designated in the by-law; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply to the lands described as follows: Lot 1, Plan 40M-1538, Pickering. 2. This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipality of Durham. BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 7~day of August, 1991.
