Being a by-law to dedicate Block 17, Plan 40M-1653,
Pickering, as public highway (Fiddlers Court).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 17, Plan 40M-1653,
Pickering, which it desires to dedicate as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 17, Plan 40M~ 1653, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Fiddlers Court).
BY-LAW read a first, second mad third time and finally passed this~ day of August, 1991.
