BY-LAW NO. 3751/91~
Being a bydaw to authorize the execution of a Release
and Discharge of Subdivision Agreement LT158923
respecting Plan 40M-1282, Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, c.1, s.50, or a predecessor thereof, The
Corporation of the Town of Picketing and Bramalea Limited entered into an Agreement dated
September 13, 1982, Notice of which was registered on December 2, 1982 as Instrument No. LT158923,
respecting the subdivision and development of Plan 40M-1282, Picketing; and
WHEREAS the terms and conditions of that Agreement have been complied with to the satisfaction of
the Town;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release and Discharge, in the form
attached hereto as Schedule A, of the Agreement dated September 13, 1982, Notice of which
was registered December 2, 1982 as Instrument No. LT158923, between Bramalea Limited and
The Corporation of the Town of Picketing, respecting the subdivision and development of Plan
40M- 1282, Pickering.
2. Schedule A hereto forms part of this By-law.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this.24~ day of June, 1991.

WHEREAS the Agreement dated September 13, 1982, Notice of which was registered December 2,
1982, in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40) as Instmmem No.
LT158923, between,
BRAMALEA LIM1TED
hereinafter referred to as the "Company"
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereinafter referred to as the "Town",
provided for the subdivision and development of lands affected hereby;
WHEREAS the terms and conditions of that Agreement have been complied with to the satisfaction of
the Town with respect to the lands affected hereby;
THE TOWN HEREBY remises, releases and forever discharges the Company, its successors and
assigns, from any and all liabilities, actions, causes of action, debts, claims or demands of any kind
whatsoever which the Company may have been, is, or may become subject to pursuant to the provisions
of the Agreement.
THIS RELEASE AND DISCHARGE affects the lands described as:
Blocks 1 to 21, inclusive, Amberlea Road, Ariel Crescent, Chiron Crescent, Highview Road, Miranda
Court and Oberon Court, Plan 40M-1282, Town of Picketing, Regional Municipality of Durham.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Town has hereunto affixed its corporate seal, attested to by its properly
authorized officers.
