BY-LAW NO. 3732/91
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1416/82 providing for
the regulation and licensing of places of amusement on
Maitland Drive.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.302, ss.232.6, the Council of The
Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 1416/82 providing for the regulation and
licensing of places of amusemem;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
Schedule "A" of By-law 1416/82, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following item:
Maitland Drive
By-law read a fxrst, second and th[rd time and finally passed this 3rd day of June, 1991.
