Being a by-law to dedicate Block 82, Plan 40M-1629,
and Block 174, Platy 40M-1630, Picker#tg, attd those
parts of Lots 8 to 12, Plan 282, Pickering, designated as
Parts 13, 17, 23, 27, 35, 43, 45 and 49, Plan 40R-11205;
Parts 7, 11, 13, 15, 17 attd 24, Plan 40R-11206; Parts 2,
4, 6, 10, 14, 16, 18, 22, 26, 30 and 34, Plan 40R-11207,
as public highway (Oakburn Street)
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 82, Plan 40M-1629 and
Block 174, Plan 40M~1630, Picketing, and those parts of Lots 8 to 12, Plan 282, Picketing, designated
as Parts 13, 17, 23, 27, 35, 43, 45 and 49, Plan 40R-11205; Parts 7, 11, 13, 15, 17 and 24, Plan
40R-11206; Parts 2, 4, 6, 10, 14, 16, 18, 22, 26, 30 and 34, Plan 40R-11207, and wishes to dedicate them
as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:

Block 82, Plan 40M-1629, Picketing, and Block 174, Plan 40M-1630, Picketing, are hereby
dedicated as public highway (Oakbum Street).
Those parts of Lot 8, Plan 282, Picketing, designated as Parts 14, 16, 18, 22, 26, 30 and 34,
Plan 40R-I 1207, are hereby dedicated as public highway (Oakbum Street).
That part of Lots 8 and 9, Plan 282, Picketing, designated as Part 10, Plan 40R-11207, is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Oakbum Street).
Those parts of Lot 9, Plan 282, Picketing, designated as Part 24, Plan 40R-11206, and Pasts 2, 4
and 6, Plan 40R-11207, are hereby dedicated as public highway (Oakbum Street).
Those parts of Lot 10, Plan 282, Picketing, designated as Parts 15 and 17, Plan 40R-11206, are
hereby dedicated as public highway (Oakbum Street).
That part of Lots 10 and 11, Plan 282, Picketing, designated as Part 13, Plan 40R-i1206, is
hereby dedicated as public highway (Oakbum Street).
Those parts of Lot 11, Plan 282, Pickering, designated as Parts 45 and 49, Plan 40R- 11205, and
Parts 7 and 11, Plan 40R-11206, are hereby dedicated as public highway (Oakbum Street).
Those parts of Lot 12, Plan 282, Picketing, designated as Parts 13, 17, 23, 27, 35 and 43, Plan
40R-11205, axe hereby dedicated as public highway (Oakbum Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of May, 1991.
