BY-LAW NUMBER 3703/91
Being a by-law to amend the Town of Pickering
Municipal Code to levy such rates against all
of the assessed properties in the Town of Pickering
as will be required to cover the 1991 requisitions
from the Durham Board of Education and the Durham
Region Roman Catholic School Board
Whereas the Durham Board of Education and the Durham Region Roman Catholic Separate
School Board have requisitioned the Council of the Town of Pickering for certain
sums of money being the Town's share of 1991 operating and capital costs of various
Elementary and Secondary Schools under their jurisdiction:
Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering Hereby Enacts
as follows:
Sections 2210.9, 2210.12 and 2210.13 of the Town of Picketing Municipal Code
are hereby deleted and the following substituted therefor:

There shall be raised, levied and collected from and upon all
the rateable property in the Town of Pickering the rates and
sums set out in sections 2210.12 and 2210.13 to levy the 1991
requisition from the Durham Board of Education and the Durham
Region Roman Catholic Separate School Board.
